Best wishes for a happy Thanksgiving from Special Fork. We have so much to be thankful for as a company – all of you who visit our site, our team of bloggers and food editors, and our intern, Zenas Hau.

Special Fork is a family company that started from a family’s commitment to cooking at home, and its name was inspired by a child’s Special Fork. In the spirit of family time, we’ll all be taking Thursday and Friday off for Thanksgiving.

Please come back to visit on Monday, when we kick off Entertaining Week and launch our annual sweepstakes for a fabulous prize package of cooking tools.
